By accessing or using IELTS SpeakWrite Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
IELTS SpeakWrite Pro is designed to support IELTS preparation and practice. It does not guarantee exam results, official IELTS scores, admission outcomes, or any other specific result.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your access details secure, and use the app lawfully. You must not misuse the product, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that could damage the experience for other users.
Some features require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you authorise recurring charges for the selected billing period until cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
SpeakWrite Pro, IELTS SpeakWrite Pro, and all original content in the app, including the software, design, layout, text, practice materials created by us, branding, logos, and other materials, are owned by Orb Digital or its licensors unless otherwise stated and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial educational use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app except where permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the responses, recordings, transcripts, and other content you submit to the app. By submitting content, you give us a limited licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, generate feedback, and provide related support and improvements.
IELTS® is a registered trademark of Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the British Council, and IDP Education. SpeakWrite Pro is an independent preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with those organisations. Any practice prompts, model responses, or learning materials in this app are created by SpeakWrite Pro for educational practice purposes and are not official IELTS test materials.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or use case.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, security risk, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time, and cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not undo charges already properly incurred.
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes no warranty that AI feedback, scores, or generated guidance will be fully accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orb Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published in the app with an updated effective date, and continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
